Keeping clean environment is a necessity that many countries and organizations are trying to follow. Many countries tend to use incinerators for burning wastes, and after that toxic substances are dissolved into the land and sea, posing health hazard to the residents in the vicinity. Many users are aware of the negative environmental effect of burning waste by incinerators, but most are unaware of the existence of incinerators that utilize the modern technology to reduce CO2 emissions.
In fact, the users should understand the detail that they can also use oxygen lance pipes in incinerators that processes industrial wastes by using the blast furnace concept.
Therefore, today in this content, we’re going to introduce the operational system of an incinerator that treats waste using the blast furnace concept along with the application of SC Lance 21.7mm x 2.8 mm x 4000mm. We shall also direct that how is it possible to show the presence of incinerators that do not emit hazardous substances and also the effectiveness of oxygen lance pipes.

Blast Furnace for Incinerators to Burn Wastes
The incinerators follow the model of blast furnaces, so the heat is around from 1,700℃ to 2,205 ℃ to melt down trash with strong heat, which is almost double the temperature as the center of a lava flow. Even though a considerable quantity of energy is required, the technology may produce heat merely by introducing compressed air itself into furnaces. The oxygen then combines with the carbon emitted by decomposing waste to produce carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons. The heat is then injected over and into furnaces to maintain persistent temperatures.
Concept of Incinerators
An incinerator is an apparatus or furnace for burning trash or garbage to ashes. This cleaning center uses the concept of a blast furnace. With high temperatures of up to 1,700℃, it not only burns but also melts all of the trash preventing the generation of dioxin. This is the system to melt the trash while the output is just a small quantity of ash. The slag can then be used for construction materials, such as road.
Many local governments use this type of system in Japan and our SC LANCE pipe: 21.7mm x 2.8 mm x 4000mm is used for taphole cleaning by oxygen blowing.
SC Lance Pipe for Incinerators using Blast Furnace Concept
- SC LANCE is a mild steel oxygen lance pipe made with HRC (Hot Rolled Steel Sheet in the coil), welded by high-frequency welding equipment, there is no oil, and no grease on the pipe. It generates a high temperature of over 3,000℃ by blowing oxygen and melting solidified steel, and slag on equipment.
- Applications: This SC Lance removes slag on the wall of the ingot case, and iron notch of a blast furnace; cleans slag in ladle and steel-slag mixture at the slag notch pig iron at the iron notch of the blast furnace; and cut steel scraps.
- SC Lance Pipes for Incinerators using Blast Furnace Concept: Customers may use this SC oxygen lance pipe of size 21.7mm x 2.8 mm x 4000mm, for opening taphole purposes, blowing oxygen to the Furnaces. When operating the tap hole to flow out the melted trash, the tap hole slowly gets small in diameter which is not enough for the flow. Hence the SC LANCE is used in this time to blows oxygen so as to expand the tap hole to keep enough flow of the melted trash.

Conclusion:
Numerous consumers are aware of the negative environmental impact of incinerating garbage yet is unfamiliar that there are incinerators that use cutting-edge procedures to decrease Carbon footprints. Users must recognize that they may also employ oxygen lance pipes in incinerators that use the blast furnace to handle industrial trash.
