As we all know that Daiwa Lance International encompasses a specialization within the making of Calorized Lances. These Pipes lasts up to 3 to 10 times longer than mild steel lances. The CA Lance by Daiwa has been used since 1955 round the world including Japan, USA, and Europe. Presently CA Lance is an advanced and customer-oriented product with cost-saving.
Apart from these Calorized Lances, DLI also manufactures a specialized Lance namely, Calorized Concrete Lance which is specially utilized in the Non-Ferrous Industries having wide area of applications in several smelters or other areas.
Precisely, Heavy/Concrete lance pipe is a calorized lance pipe with thick/ heavy refractory coating. The thickness of refractory coating pipe on the Calorized Concrete Lances is above 10mm while that of normal Ceramic Lances, the coating is just about 0.5mm. This product is usually utilized by smelters to inject inert air into non-ferrous liquid metal for refining purposes.
This heavy- duty heat resistant and long-lasting pipe is employed to blow oxygen or inert gas into molten metal of electrical furnaces, holding furnaces, etc. This Calorized Concrete Lance pipe is measured to survive severe heat and high temperature oxidative corrosion.
