Lance Holder: Explanation

Lance Holder is an accessory that is used to connect pipes with oxygen supplies and provide proficiency for operating with Thermic Lance.

Lance Holder comprises the following components: 

1. Screw part: This is the part used to screw the bottom of the steel pipe to connect to the whole Holder.
2. Pipe Tightening Screw: This part is used to hold and tighten up the steel pipe throughout operation.
3. Body Holder: The part contains specialized layers on the inside, which helps to fix the pipe and stop any backfire during operation.
4. Valve: The opening and closing part permits the gas to pass through, providing gas for the ignition process when operating.
5. High-pressure oxygen hose connection part: This part is utilized to connect the Holder and the oxygen supply air hose.

Purpose of Lance Holders

• Long lifespan and competitive cost cut the production costs which makes it cost saving.
• It is easy to connect the Thermic Lances with the holder which makes it convenient in connection.
• The lance holders come in customized sizes depending on the outside diameters of the Thermic Lances.
• It helps the workers to avoid the backfires while in operation.
