While introducing the Thermic Lances to our customers we have found that some customers prefer HALF WIRED THERMIC LANCES for several applications and special specifications.
Below are some points which will able to help us to find out what are the difficulties faced by the workers/ operators while using Full Wired Thermic Lances at the working site and also how these difficulties can be solved through easy operation.
Difficulties faced by workers/ operators:
- As the working areas are hot and quite dangerous it is difficult for the workers/ operators to maneuver near the site.
- A minimum safe distance is to be maintained by the workers/ operators at the working site.
- Full wired Thermic lance are too heavy to operate and handle.
Using Half wired Thermic Lance and its easy operation:
- Putting the wire only half-way within the Thermic Lances and using it from edges to half.
- It is lighter in weight which becomes easy to handle by the workers/ operators.
- Saving waste materials. As there is no need of discarding the unused wire thus it saves the environment.
